HCS Anaheim 2022: Stream, schedule, results, teams

The first major regional LAN of the 2022 Halo Championship Series is now in the books as Cloud9 took out the HCS Anaheim victory with a 4-2 win over OpTic Gaming in the Grand Finals. If you missed any of the action, we’ve got you covered below with a full recap of how it played out.

North America was back in the spotlight with HCS Anaheim as the region’s best teams battled for their share of a $150,000 prize. 

While it was Cloud9 who continued their LAN dominance, winning their second consecutive event, it wasn’t without a challenge. Here’s a full rundown of how the latest Infinite tournament went down.

The tournament took place from February 11-13, with the first games having kicked off at 12pm PT (3pm ET/8pm GMT) on Friday, Feb 11.

HCS Anaheim: All qualified teams

The event featured 16 of North America’s finest teams, including the top eight from the Kickoff Major. The only exception was NAVI, who were ineligible due to being a European team, with G2 Esports taking their spot in the competition.

The other eight teams were determined by the online qualifier held at the end of January. Some of those teams have been signed to big-name organizations for some time, while others, like Incognito and Pushin P, were only able to find organizational support in the lead-up to the event.
