Are there any move changes in Season 11?

Although there are typically a handful of buffs and nerfs at the beginning of every Pokemon Go Battle League season, there will be no move changes during Season 11.

Niantic’s reason for this during the previous interlude season was that the development team was focusing on making improvements, so it could be the same reason this season.
